The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but once we found it, we were quite pleased. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The check-in process was efficient and the staff was friendly. They assisted us with booking tours around the city. We had the continental breakfast on twice while we were there and enjoyed the selection of foods. We also ate in the restaurant one morning. It had the typical fare and was good. The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the Sheppard's Bush underground station, which makes access to attractions around the city convenient. There are numerous restaurants available at a Westfield mall, which is located near the underground station. Overall, given the opportunity.

The service could not be faulted from the delightful room service waiter to the hotel manager. There were smiles and greetings all around which are not always present in 5 star establishments. No stuffiness here only quality. Beat location in Interlaken as well and great value.

Palace has excellent service, room, food, location. Staff is always ready to help, their advises are highly professional and nice. View to the lake from my room was fabulous, despite the rainy weather. Room are just the top. Layout, furniture.

SPA is the best SPA you can have. Yoga bar offers great nutritious drinks. Treatments and facials are relaxing. They have a special aroma candles. Highly recommend to stay if you are in Lausanne.
