Palace Playland is a four-acre family oriented amusement park featuring over 25 rides and attractions. Our 24,000 square foot arcade is one of the largest in New England containing more than 200 games and attractions ranging from Skeeball & Fortune Tellers to the latest in coupon skill games and coin-operated video.Palace Playland is located on the beach at Old Orchard Beach. Goat Island Lighthouse - Built in 1834. Best viewed from Cape Porpoise Pier. Follow directions for Wood Island Light but stay on Route 9 toward Kennebunkport. When you come into Cape Porpoise, take a left at the Stop Sign where Route 9 makes a 90-degree right hand turn. Drive 1/2 mile to end/Pier and park.

Shopping area Biddeford Crossing - Just 10 minutes from the beach over 20 name brand stores and several name restaurants. Restaurants include Olive Garden, Friday's, Long Horn Steak House, Chili's, and Panera Bread. Stores include Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Target, Best Buy, Fashion Bug, Payless Shoe, Lowe's, and more.
